Filly the good feet representative met me at the door. My pain level like usual was a 9 - 10, I couldn't remember the last time I was pain free. Over the last 40 years I have had 11 foot surgeries, and I close to giving up, and applying for disability. I could immediately see that Filly was more concerned about my condition, then making a sale. She asked many questions and explained every step of the process to me. From the moment I tried the inserts, my wife couldn't believe the difference in my posture and I my pain level went immediately down to a 3, and over the past 2 days I have been pain free. I am a car salesman and I am on my feet 11 hours a day. Everyone at work could immediately see a difference in me, not just in how I walked, but the relief they could see in my face. I have more energy, and I feel 15 years younger. This has been a wonderful experience and I would recommend it to others. Thank you so much

After spending over $1000 on shoe inserts from Good Feet my foot pain only continued to get worse. I went to a podiatrist and got custom insoles which made my foot much better and the custom insoles I got elsewhere were only $160. I would not recommend Good Feet to anyone based on my experience. My inserts from Good Feet now sit on the closet completely unused.

This place does not stand behind their products. I am a tennis player and my feet hurt after tennis games. My tennis partner told me to try out this place as he bought some inserts from them and these inserts alleviated his pain. So, I checked out the reviews for this place, both nationwide and in Kansas, and saw that a majority of the some thousands of reviews at different websites state that this place is a scam. But, because my tennis partner had personally recommended this place, I discounted the reviews to some extent and deduced that these inserts work for some people and don't work for others. I called the store and asked whether I could return the inserts if it turns out that they don't work for me. I talked to Ivanka and another associate who I think was named Philly. Philly was pushy, downright rude, and said that they will change the inserts if I'm unhappy within 90 days but will not return them. I responded that this tells me that Good Feet doesn't stand behind their products. She said, Ok, then how about I give you a 30 day money back guarantee--if the insert (which costs $320) doesn't work, you can return it with a mere restocking fee. I said that sounds great and asked, "oh by the way, how much is the restocking fee." She said it was 50%, so over $160. I said $160 in restocking fees appears quite high. Philly straight up responded that I was wasting her time. I hung up and will obviously not be making a purchase. If you sell a plastic insert for $320 because the insert is supposedly magical, stand behind your product and take it back if it doesn't work (even if for a reasonable restocking fee). I refuse to pay someone $160 just to have the privilege to determine whether or not they are scamming me.

The staff was very busy when we went in, but they were very professional and courteous. Everyone one that saw us said they were busy and would be with us as soon as they could and even offered us water while we waited. Carl was the one to help us and he was very knowledgeable and attentive. I explained my situation and what I was going through and he listened to me ramble on. He explained everything about the inserts for my shoes and what to do. He even told me he had been through the same situation as me, which was great to know cause I figured I was the only one dealing with this situation. So it was a relief to know he had been through it and knew what he was talking about. He gave me his business card and told me to call him if I had any questions or problems. I really appreciate how well Carl made me feel relaxed and took care of everything I needed. I would definitely recommend the Good Feet Store and Carl to my friends, which I have already.

I went to the good feet store off Johnson Dr in KS about a year ago. Going in I was very sectable about them even being able to help. I'm on my feet 8 hrs plus everyday. I walk at my job all over the hospital.it got so bad i couldnt sit at work or when i got up i was in tears from the pain in my heels and toes. going home at night i would sit and cry rolling my feet on ice bottles getting my husband to rub them and countless pain reliever to try and make me feel better. I had been to the doctors with the pain in my feet and wore the ankle foot support contraptions i was given. This went on for another month, with no results and still sore feet. I was thinking I would have to quit my job this was a huge problem. My husband took me to the good feet store and David helped me. I was measured for my insoles then given the price. Oh my goodness thought I gave a kidney 1100. Dollars. I choked back and paid I felt I had no other options for my pain I tried everything. I was upset for a few days cause I wore them and didn't see instant results. But I came to I wear them every day for a year now and can't live with out them. Thank you to the good feet store you saved my job and my sanity. My feet feel great and no words could ever express the gratitude I feel for your expertise and customer service. Thanks again for my new feet!!
