Could be cleaner, half of the washers are top loaders the rest are large load ($5.50 & 6.50). Mostly the customers are the problem, hogging the carts and not unloading dryers when they are done. Here is a suggestion folks, there is a timer on your smart phone, use it!
This place is a garbage ass disgusting establishment the old b**** manager that thinks she runs something even though she isn't even an owner she's just a store shopkeep refuse my service because I walked in with a pistol in my waistband clearly this way because it has a course grip on the handle and it cuts up my back if my shirt isn't tucked into it and I will go on a paying customer with my son my tattoos are all clearly visible and not once did I pull my weapon out she comes up to me yelling hey hey hey you got to get out of here I'm sorry b**** it's called constitutional carry you might want to know what the f****** laws in the state that you supposedly operate a business You're a worthless establishment don't ever f****** go here. And the old lady you are stupidity and disrespect at it's core.
I luv this place...especially Sabrina! I always see her helping people...she's such a delight! She's the reason I save my quarters!!
if i could give this place 0 stars I would. it's absolutely disgusting, the floor is always dirty, half the mach ines leak into the floor, the others either don't work, dont take your quarters, or are mildewed. they turn off the handicap button for the door when it's inconvinient for them and sit on the bench outside and watch you struggle with the door. the vending machines eat money and the stuff gets stuck and they get snotty when they have to give you your money back for it. never going there again.
DON'T GO HERE UNTIL YOU READ THIS STORY! No price list is publicly available for the cost of having Duds N Suds do your laundry or dry cleaning. I went there recently to have my comforter washed. The cost of washing the comforter was $21.92. I thought that was pricier than I previously remembered, but thought I would have the service done anyway. When I came to pick up the comforter, stuffing/batting was sticking out of the newly washed comforter. I opened the plastic bag to investigate the damage. Speaking to Edna, I told her I did not bring the comforter to Duds n Suds with a hole or tear in it.But now my comforter has a 4" tear in it. I asked what recourse could be taken. She called her boss, allegedly the owner. Upon hanging up, she said Duds n suds would arrange for repair of the comforter, but I would have to pay for the repair myself. I told edna that based on the damage to my comforter, I would pay for 1/2 of the cleaning cost. She replied, "I can't release the comforter to you unless you pay for the whole thing." Yes I was angry because I did not bring my comforter to the laundromat with a rip in it. Yes, I paid the $21.92 and I told the employee that I would never bring any laundry here again and I would make sure every friend I had knew about my story.
