We had a great experience with Jeremy Electrical, especially our technician Roberto. It was great being able to call at 6:45 am to set up an appointment (since this was the time I remembered to call). They responded to my message within 5 minutes and we had an appointment made for the same day. Roberto called ahead to let me know when he was about 30 minutes out, which was much appreciated. He was friendly and quickly was able to fix our light fixture's wiring issue (we had attempted it ourselves and were unsuccessful), and he even was able to fix a problem with our light switches cancelling each other out that we had dealt with for over 6 years since we had moved into our house. Roberto was able to make our home feel brand new! And it was incredibly well priced. Thank you for the wonderful & quick work! I highly recommend them!
Our AC stopped working Friday night. I called Saturday morning and they were at my house within a couple of hours. The tech identified our problem quickly, was prompt in fixing it, and thorough in making sure we were comfortable again during the hottest weekend of the year. Will definitely call them again in the future!
Used Jeremy Electrical at former Fairway home. Always excellent work and fair prices. Moved to Leawood--needed electrical work again and called Jeremy Electrical, Heating and Cooling. ROBERTO was again the person sent, and again, the work was excellent. Moved a thermostat and split out lights in front of house. Stuck to quoted (fair) price, did the work fast and meticulously. Will never use any other company for electrical, heating or cooling servicers.
Roberto and his partner arrived a few minutes early and got right to work figuring out what was wrong with our busted outlets. They were professional, willing to help and fixed everything we needed fixed! We have a big project coming down the pike and I definitely plan to contact Jeremy Electrical!
